Closed Joint Stock Company VAB Life has been successfully working on Ukrainian financial market since 2004. In October 2006 the Company joined VAB Group financial group.

VAB Life has a license of the State committee on regulation of financial services market of Ukraine for conduct of insurance activity in the form of voluntary life insurance for unlimited term.

Chartered fund of VAB Life insurance company amounts to UAH 21.5 mln.

Following results of financial stability of companies as to life insurance rating conducted by «Expert of Ukraine» rating centre, VAB Life Company received «Aaa» rating and entered the group of the most stable and reliable insurance companies of Ukraine.

VAB Bank summarized preliminary results of 2007 based on the unaudited financial statements under Ukrainian Accounting Standards (UAS). Audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2007 under IFRS and UAS are expected by the end of March and April 2008 respectively.
